About Tim

Born on a sunny winter day in 1980, it was easy to see that Tim Sharp was the best looking baby those doctors and nurses had ever seen. Not wanting to be the type of child to get through life on his good looks alone, Tim spent his early years learning how to walk, talk, read, write, and even how to use utensils. This proved to be an extremely useful skill set that Tim has relied heavily upon throughout his entire life.

At the age of seven, Tim and his sister, along with their parents, moved to Vernon, BC. This is where the magic of the Okanagan really cast its spell on Tim. After going through grade 7 at St. James Elementary and graduating Valedictorian of Clarence Fulton's 1998 grad class, Tim spent a few years living in Calgary, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Victoria, and then Vancouver again.

It was his second stint in Vancouver where he discovered his passion for Real Estate. Working for an exceptional Real Estate Sales and Marketing Company, Tim was able to learn first hand what it takes to market and sell 5-star projects in the most extraordinary places on earth. Hawaii, Mexico, Colorado, San Diego, and Vancouver Island are just some of the locations Tim had the pleasure to travel to and work in. Tim also earned an opportunity to work in Tokyo, Japan with a Luxury Real Estate company acquiring 5-star hotel condominium suites in Kapalua on the beautiful island of Maui. In his years marketing and selling some of the most luxurious Real Estate on Earth Tim has been a part of various teams that have sold well over $250,000,000 of International Resort Real Estate.

Throughout his travels and successes, the Okanagan was the one place Tim always called home.
